摘要
白鹤滩水电站尾水系统为超大地下洞室群,洞室类型多、断面大、隧洞长、结构复杂,灌浆工程量巨大。同时存在多洞段同时施工,同一洞段多工序作业。针对工程灌浆量巨大、工期紧、强度高,且与混凝土浇筑施工交叉干扰存在问题,对超大洞室群灌浆施工组织与管理进行了系统分析研究,并将成果成功运用于该项目的灌浆施工组织与管理,有效提高施工进度,节约了成本,产生了较好的经济和社会效益。
The tailwater system of Baihetan Hydropower Station is a super large underground cavern group,with multiple types of caverns,large cross-sections,long tunnels,complex structures,and a huge amount of grouting work.There are multiple tunnel sections being constructed simultaneously,and multiple processes operating in the same tunnel section.In response to the problems of huge grouting volume,tight construction period,high strength,and cross interference with concrete pouring construction,this paper systematically analyzes and studies the organization and management of grouting construction for super large cavern groups,and successfully applies the results to the organization and management of grouting construction in this project.It effectively improves construction progress,saves costs,and generates good economic and social benefits.
