智慧两票系统在瑞丽江一级水电站的应用

摘要 瑞丽江一级水投产发电后各项关键技术指标运行平稳,安全总体形势可控,但安全管理比较核心的“两票”管理一直处于手写办理阶段,末建设或使用相关软件系统,使得相关业务在过程流转、数据库建立、信息管理等方面存在众多安全管理隐患等问题。通过对“两票”填写类、执行类问题进行深入分析后,现拟在澜沧江公司安全管理信息化平台上扩建瑞丽江“两票”管理模块,解决电站“两票”管理的规范化、信息化和标准化问题,实现安全管理信息化创新。 After the production and power generation of Shweli River I Hydropower Station,various key technical indicators have operated smoothly and the overall safety situation is controllable.However,two-tickets management,which is relatively core in safety management,has been in the handwritten processing stage.The lack of construction or use of relevant software systems has led to numerous safety management risks in the process flow,database establishment,information management,and other aspects of related businesses.After in-depth analysis of the filling and execution issues related to"two tickets",it is now planned to expand Shweli River two-tickets management module on the safety management information platform of Lancangjiang Company,to solve the standardization and informatization issues of two-tickets management in power plants,and achieve innovation in safety management information technology.
