摘要
针对零售商进行CSR投入的情形,考虑渠道权利与新产品和再造品的价格差异,分别构建集中与分散决策下的三种闭环供应链博弈模型,分析了零售商的CSR投入及渠道权利对供应链均衡策略及利润的影响,并设计了契约以实现帕累托优化。研究发现,零售商的CSR投入行为会使新产品和再造品的批发价格以及零售价格提高、市场需求量增加;零售商的CSR投入对制造商有着正向影响,而零售商的利润与消费者对CSR投入的敏感度有关;增强新产品与再造品的替代度有利于提高闭环供应链的运作效率,但也会加剧闭环供应链系统的“双重边际”效应。
In view of the CSR input of retailers,three closed-loop supply chain game models were constructed under centralized and decentralized decision-making,taking into account the channel rights and the differential pricing of new products and remanufactured products.The effects of the retailer's CSR input and channel rights on supply chain equilibrium strategy and profit were analyzed,and contracts were designed to achieve Pareto optimization.It is found that the CSR input behavior of retailers will increase the wholesale price and retail price of new products and remanufactured products,and increase the market demand.Retailers' CSR input always has a positive impact on manufacturers,and retailers' profits are related to consumers' sensitivity to CSR input.Enhancing the substitution degree of new products and remanufactured products is conducive to improving the operational efficiency of closed-loop supply chain,but it will also aggravate the "double marginal effect" of closed-loop supply chain system.
