书法治疗团体辅导在大学生心理健康教育中的应用研究

On the Application of Calligraphy Therapy Group Counseling in College Mental Health Education

为了探讨书法治疗团体辅导在大学生心理健康教育中的应用,对在某高校招募自愿参与书法治疗团体辅导的16名大学生开展实证研究,研究显示书法治疗团体辅导能够有效缓解大学生的抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪。基于此,提出书法治疗团体辅导在大学生心理健康教育中的应用路径,主要包括组建多元化教研团队,开展结构式课程研发;开展形式丰富的体验式教学,覆盖更多学生群体;组建学生社团,形成朋辈互助的支持网络;注重宣传推广,创设展示和交流平台。

In order to explore the application of calligraphy therapy group counseling in college mental health education,we recruited 16 college students who voluntarily participated in calligraphy therapy group counseling for an empirical study,the result of which shows that calligraphy therapy group counseling can effectively alleviate college students’depression and anxiety.Accordingly,we put forward some suggestions for the application of calligraphy therapy group counseling in college mental health education,including a diversified teaching and research team to develop a structured curriculum,different forms of experiential teaching to cover more student groups,student clubs to form a support network of peer mutual assistance,and a focus on publicity and promotion to create a platform for display and exchange.
