The generation and development of China’s Four Confidences,that is,China’s road,theory,institutions and culture,have been a constant throughout the century of the Chineseization of Marxism.As a valuable experience of the Chineseization of Marxism,“combining the basic principles of Marxismwith the excellent traditional Chinese culture”has provided a profound truth force and cultural heritage for the generation and development of China’s road,theory,system and culture,constituting the endogenous hub and inevitable logic of the Four Confidences,which are self-contained and integrated.This is mainly reflected in the fact that during a hundred years of historical practice,the Second Combination has shaped the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,facilitated the theoretical leap in the Chineseization of Marxism over and over again,formed the socialist system with Chinese characteristics that connects the ancient and the modern,and promoted the modern civilization of the Chinese nation for the benefit of the world.Continuing to strengthen the Four Confidences with the Second Combination in the new era will help to write a new chapter about China’s road,theory,system and culture,and to create an even more impressive miracle of development.
