辐射降温膜在平房仓控温储粮中的应用

摘要 在建有架空隔热层的平房仓仓顶及门、窗铺设辐射降温膜,开展控温储粮应用研究。通过对试验仓与对照仓的数据测试,其效果分析如下:试验仓仓顶外表面温度低于环境温度,温差最大为13.9℃,试验仓架空层温度与环境温度最大温差为18.9℃,试验仓与对照仓温差高达11.8℃,仓内表层粮温(0.3 m)温差最大达8.0℃,全仓平均粮温温差2.6℃;在试验仓度夏期间未开启空调的情况下,最高粮温未超过30℃,对照仓7月中旬最高粮温超过34℃时适时启动空调降温。试验表明,辐射降温膜对储粮控温效果明显,是低温粮仓改造及高标准粮仓建设优选材料之一。 The stud on the application of the radiative cooling film material was past on warehouse outer roof,doors and windows with overhead insulation.The data testing and effect analysis of the experimental and comparative warehouses are as follows:the surface temperature of the top of the experimental warehouse had been consistently lower than the ambient temperature,with a maximum temperature reduction of 13.9℃;the maximum air temperature reduction of the overhead layer was 18.9℃lower than the ambient temperature;The temperature difference between the experimental warehouse and the control warehouse was as high as 11.8℃,with a maximum temperature difference of 8.0℃for the surface grain(0.3 m)inside the warehouse,and an average temperature difference of 2.6℃for the entire warehouse.When the air-conditioning was not turned on during the summer season in the experimental warehouse,the maximum surface grain temperature did not exceed 30℃,and then the maximum surface grain temperature in the comparative warehouse exceed 34℃in mid July,the air-conditioning should be started to cool down in a timely manner.It was proved that the radiative cooling film had a significant effect on temperature control in grain storage,and was one of the preferred materials for renovation of low-temperature grain storage and construction of high-standard warehouses.
