山羊环状RNA研究进展

摘要 环状RNA(circRNA)是RNA家族的新成员,被归类于非编码RNA,由前体线性RNA通过反向剪接方式形成。随着RNA测序技术的快速发展及生物信息学方法的不断创新,在诸多物种的细胞中找到了大量的内源性circRNA,某些内源性circRNA还表现出物种间保守性、阶段特异性和组织特异性等特点。circRNA最广泛的作用是充当miRNA海绵,另外还可调节基因转录和蛋白质翻译。近年来,山羊中的circRNA不断被发现并鉴定。研究发现,circRNA影响着山羊一些重要的发育性状。论文在综述circRNA的形成与分类、特征、生物学功能的基础上,主要关注了其在山羊绒(毛囊)、骨骼肌发育过程以及个体抗病中的作用,并提出了从circRNA的角度对山羊进行遗传改良的新思路。 Circular RNAs,a new member of RNA family,belonging to non-coding RNAs,are characterized by a closed circular structure from precursor linear RNA through reverse splicing.With the rapid development of RNA-Seq technology and increasing innovations of bioinformatics,numerous endogenous circRNAs are found in cells of a wide variety of species,some of which feature species conservation,stage specificity and tissue specificity.The widest function of circRNAs is playing the role of miRNA sponge;additionally,they can also regulate gene transcription and protein translation.In recent years,circRNAs in goats are discovered and identified steadily.Studies have proved that circRNAs play a significant role in the development of some goats’characters.Based on the review of the formation and classification,characteristics and biological functions of circRNAs,this paper focuses on its role in hair follicle and skeletal muscle development and individual disease resistance,and proposes a new idea for genetic improvement of goats from the perspective of circRNAs.
