技术创新视角下旅游发展对水资源绿色效率的影响研究

The Influence of Tourism Development on the Green Efficiency ofWater Resources from the Perspective of Technological Innovation

旅游发展对水资源的利用具有较强的空间关联性及高度弹性,使其对水资源绿色效率有较大影响,而技术创新正成为驱动水资源绿色效率提高的重要因素。因此探究技术创新视角下旅游发展是否促进水资源绿色效率具有重要意义。本文基于2012—2021年中国31个省(区、市)的面板数据,从技术创新的视角,分析旅游发展对水资源绿色效率的影响及作用机理。研究发现:(1)中国水资源绿色效率均值为0.447,内部差异较大,水资源绿色效率总体表现为东部>西部>中部;(2)旅游发展对水资源绿色效率的影响呈U形曲线关系,不同区域旅游发展对水资源绿色效率的影响有所差异;(3)技术创新有利于提高水资源绿色效率,技术创新在旅游发展对水资源绿色效率的影响中存在中介效应。基于研究结论,本文提出了要提高水资源绿色效率,发挥旅游产业的正向促进作用,以及加大科技投入力度等建议。

Tourism development has a strong spatial correlation and high elasticity in the utilization of water resources,which has a greater influence on the green efficiency of water resources.As technological innovation is becoming an important factor driving the improvement of the green efficiency of water resources,it is significant to investigate whether tourism development promotes the green efficiency of water resources from the perspective of technological innovation.Drawing on the panel data of 31 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between tourism development and the green efficiency of water resources from the perspective of technological innovation.The results show that:(1)The mean value of the green efficiency of water resources in China is 0.447,with large internal differences.The overall performance of the green efficiency of water resources in China is eastern>western>central;(2)The influence of tourism development on the green efficiency of water resources presents a U-shaped linear relationship.There are obvious differences in the influence of tourism development on the green efficiency of water resources in different regions;(3)Technological innovation is conducive to improving the green efficiency of water resources,and it plays a partial mediating effect in the influence of tourism development on the green efficiency of water resources.Based on the conclusions of the study,recommendations are made to improve the green efficiency of water resources,to utilize the positive contribution of the tourism industry,and to increase scientific and technological investment.
