摘要
以往研究较少探讨交叉学科背景下高校商科专业教师胜任力结构模型。本文运用深度访谈法,对27名高校商科专业教师进行访谈。基于扎根理论先对23份访谈资料进行开放式、主轴式、选择式编码,然后选取4份访谈资料进行理论饱和度检验,构建了交叉学科背景下高校商科专业教师胜任力结构模型。该模型共包括4个主范畴(知识、能力、职业品质、个性特征)和15个初始范畴。研究结论为交叉学科背景下高校商科专业教师胜任力提升与发展提供了理论指导。
Previous studies rarely discussed the competency structure model of business teachers of colleges and universities against the cross-discipline background.This paper employs in-depth interview method interviewing 27 business teachers of colleges and universities.The paper uses 23 interviewees to encode in an open,axial and alternative way based on the Grounded Theory.Theoretical saturation test is conducted with 4 interview materials,so as to construct the competency structure model of business teachers of colleges and universities against the cross-discipline background.The model consists of 4 main categories(knowledge,ability,professional quality and personality)and 15 initial categories.The conclusion of this study provides theoretical guidance for the competence improvement and development of business teachers of colleges and universities against the cross-disciplinary background.
