热等静压工艺提升铸件致密度的研究

摘要 热等静压可作为一种在惰性气体环境中利用高温高压在密闭空间中对铸件进行处理的特殊热处理技术。介绍了铸件经过热等静压后处理对其显微组织和致密度的影响,以及热等静压工艺过程中时间、温度和压力的控制以消除铸件内部封闭孔隙,减少铸件缺陷,显著提升铸件致密度。 HIP can be used as a special heat treatment technology for processing castings in a confined space using high temperature and high pressure in an inert gas environment.The effects of HIP post-treatment on the microstructure and density of castings are introduced,as well as the control of time,temperature and pressure in the process of HIP to eliminate the closed pores inside the casting,reduce the defects of the casting,and significantly improve the density of the casting.
