摘要
渤海A油田勘探开发初期以浅层大位移井为主,上部极疏松地层井斜较大,需要通过频繁起下钻作业修整井壁、清洁井眼,降低井下复杂情况发生的概率,但划眼修整井壁过程中极易导致出现新井眼。通过深度剖析新井眼产生原因,并从井位选择、轨迹设计、钻具组合优化、钻中实时模拟、作业细节等多方面进行研究,提出集钻前设计优化、钻中精细作业和起下钻风险监测三位一体的新井眼预防技术体系,在渤海A油田现场应用中取得了较好的效果。
At the initial stage of exploration and development of Bohai A Oilfield,shallow large displacement wells are mainly used,and the upper extremely loose formation has a large deviation.It is necessary to trim the borehole wall and clean the borehole through frequent tripping operations to reduce the probability of downhole complications.However,it is easy to cause new borehole in the process of reaming and trimming the borehole wall.In view of this problem,the research is conducted from various aspects such as well location selection,trajectory design,drilling tool combination optimization,real-time simulation during drilling,and operational details.Finally,a new borehole prevention technology system was proposed that integrates pre-drilling design optimization,fine operation during drilling,and tripping risk monitoring,which has achieved good results in the application of Bohai A Oilfield.
