摘要
根据某住宅建筑项目供暖方案的比选及决策过程,分析影响电供暖方案选择的因素。根据电热膜和发热电缆供暖的工程应用实践,对地面混凝土填充层、局部过热、产品寿命等问题进行分析。结果表明:电热膜适用于室内间歇供暖,且地面不宜设置混凝土填充层;发热电缆用于室内连续供暖时必须设置地面混凝土填充层,应选择带有自限制温升功能的产品。电供暖末端产品的使用寿命是影响电供暖系统推广应用的关键因素。
According to the comparison and decision-making process of heating scheme of a residential building project,the factors influencing the selection of electric heating scheme are analyzed.According to the engineering application practice of electric heating film and heating cable heating,the problems of ground concrete filling,local overheating,product life,and other issues are analyzed.The results show that the electric heating film is suitable for indoor intermittent heating,and the concrete filling layer should not be set on the ground,and the concrete filling layer must be set when the heating cable is used for indoor continuous heating,and the product with self-limiting temperature rise function should be selected.The service life of the end product of electric heating is the key factor affecting the promotion and application of electric heating system.
