卡瓣数量对尾翼脱壳穿甲弹脱壳过程影响分析

摘要 为研究尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹(APFSDS)脱壳过程中弹托与弹体之间流场相互作用特性,本文采用FLUENT流体力学计算软件,基于6DOF动网格技术,建立了尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹弹托分离三维流场的数值仿真模型,对卡瓣在气动力作用和重力作用下的分离过程进行了模拟,仿真得到了不同时刻卡瓣分离流场以及卡瓣、弹体气动系数随时间变化曲线,并研究了卡瓣数量对分离过程的影响。研究结果表明,在分离初始阶段,弹托前端旋转气流的快速变化会导致弹体阻力突增,弹托阻力突降;中间分离阶段,弹托前脱体激波和弹体的相互作用会导致弹体气动力的波动变化;在弱耦合阶段,卡瓣激波与弹体激波在弹尾处的交汇,会使弹体阻力系数下降。随着弹托卡瓣数量的增加,弹托分离时间减少,弹体气动系数波动程度和弹体气动冲量系数呈减小趋势;4卡瓣弹托在弹托分离过程中对弹体的干扰程度最小。 In order to study the interaction characteristics of the flow field between the sabots and the projectile during the discarding process of armour piercing fin-stabilized discarding sabot(APFSDS),this paper uses FLUENT fluid dynamics calculation software and based on the 6DOF dynamic grid technology to establish a numerical simulation model of the three-dimensional flow field of the separation of APFSDS,and simulates the discarding process of the sabots under the action of aerodynamic action and gravity,and obtains the separation flow field of the sabot at different moments and the aerodynamic coefficient of the sabot and the aerodynamic coefficient of the sabot and the projectile body with time.The effect of the number of sabots on the discarding process was studied.The results show that in the initial discarding process,the rapid change of the rotating air flow at the front end of the elastic stock will lead to a sudden increase in the resistance of the projectile and a sudden decrease in the resistance of the elastic stock.In the intermediate discarding process,the interaction between the shock wave before the stock and the projectile will lead to the fluctuation and change of the aerodynamic force of the projectile.In the weakly coupled discarding process,the intersection of the sabot shock and the projectile shock at the tail of the projectile will reduce the resistance coefficient of the projectile.With the increase of the number of sabots,the discarding time of sabots decreased,the fluctuation degree of the aerodynamic coefficient of the projectile and the aerodynamic impulse coefficient of the projectile showed a decreasing trend,and the four-sabot had the least interference with the projectile body during the discarding process.
