中期妊娠行米非司酮合并米索前列醇引产的效果分析

Effect analysis of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion

目的分析米非司酮联合米索前列醇在中期妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法选取96名自愿接受引产的中期妊娠患者为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组及研究组,每组48例。对照组采用利凡诺注射液治疗,研究组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组患者的引产效果、产后出血量、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组宫缩至引产结束时间、引产时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产后出血量比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。在不良反应方面,研究组总发生率为4.17%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇应用于中期妊娠引产中的效果显著,安全性较高,是一种有效的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the effect of the mifepristone combined with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion.Methods 96 mid-term pregnancy patients who voluntarily underwent induced abortion were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the order of admission,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rivanol injection,and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.The effects of induction of labor,postpartum blood loss and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time from contraction to the end of labor induction and the time of labor induction in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 16.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is effective and safe in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion,it's an effective treatment.
