摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉伴异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例子宫内膜息肉伴异常子宫出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。研究组开展宫腔镜下电切术治疗,对照组开展宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗。比较两组治疗一般情况、子宫内膜厚度与血清因子水平、并发症等。结果研究组手术耗时、围术期住院时间及术后月经恢复时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,血清血管内皮生长因子水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者围术期并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在子宫内膜息肉伴异常子宫出血治疗中,与宫腔镜下刮宫术相比,宫腔镜下电切术具有创伤小、术后恢复快、康复效果好等优势,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of hysteroscopic electrocautery and hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of endometrial polyps with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with endometrial polyps and abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The research group underwent hysteroscopic electrocautery for treatment,while the control group underwent hysteroscopic curettage for treatment.Compare the general treatment situation,endometrial thickness,serum factor levels,and complications between the two groups.Results The study group had shorter surgical time,perioperative hospitalization time,and postoperative menstrual recovery time compared to the control group.The intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness was less than that of the control group,and the serum VEGF level was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of perioperative complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of endometrial polyps with abnormal uterine bleeding,compared with hysteroscopic curettage,hysteroscopic electrocautery has advantages such as less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and better recovery effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
