门诊产前检查及宣教干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇健康认知及分娩结局的影响观察

Effect of outpatient antenatal examination and education intervention on health cognition and delivery outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes

摘要 目的探究门诊产前检查及宣教干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇健康认知及分娩结局的影响。方法选取本院社区门诊产科治疗的70例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组实施门诊产前检查和常规宣教,观察组实施门诊产前检查和宣教干预。检测两组患者血糖和炎性因子指标,评估健康认知度、治疗依从性状态,统计分娩结局,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者健康认知度评分、治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊产前检查及宣教用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇干预中效果显著,有助于改善患者血糖指标,提高其健康认知程度和治疗依从性,避免发生不良妊娠结局,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To explore the influence of antenatal examination and education intervention on health cognition and delivery outcome of pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy.Methods 70 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who received obstetric treatment in our community outpatient department were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received outpatient prenatal examination and routine education,while the observation group received outpatient prenatal examination and education intervention.Detect blood glucose and inflammatory factor indicators in two groups of patients,evaluate health awareness and treatment compliance status,and record delivery outcomes to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The health awareness score and treatment compliance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient antenatal examination and education have a significant effect in the intervention of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.It is helpful to improve the blood sugar indicators of patients,improve their health awareness and treatment compliance,and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worth promoting and applying in clinicalpractice.
