替硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

The clinical efficacy of tinidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and its impact on the quality of life of patients

目的探讨替硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取100例细菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组使用替硝唑治疗,观察组使用替硝唑联合克林霉素治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),明显高于对照组的86.00%(43/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组简化生活质量量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(X^(2)=0.260,P=0.610)。结论对细菌性阴道炎患者应用替硝唑联合克林霉素治疗,可提升治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量,未见明显增加不可控的不良反应,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tinidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods 100 patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with tinidazole,while the observation group was treated with tinidazole combined with clindamycin.After one week of treatment,compare the clinical efficacy,quality of life,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),significantly higher than the control group's 86.00%(43/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the simplified quality of life scale scores in various fields in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(X^(2)=0.260,P=0.610).Conclusion The application of tinidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis patients can improve the treatment effect,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and there is no significant increase in uncontrollable adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
