阴道彩超联合腹部超声在异位妊娠与妊娠黄体囊肿鉴别中的诊断价值分析

Analysis of diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in distinguishing ectopic pregnancy from luteal cysts in pregnancy

目的分析阴道彩超联合腹部超声在异位妊娠与妊娠黄体囊肿中的诊断价值。方法选取在本院就诊并明确诊断的78例异位妊娠患者和80例妊娠黄体囊肿患者为研究对象,均接受腹部超声和阴道超声,比较两组各项彩超结果和彩超下血流分布情况。结果在环壁回声方面,对照组高回声68例,低回声10例,观察组高回声18例,低回声62例,两组环壁回声比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组环壁厚度和包块大小比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的RI高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组的短管状、环状、半环状血流分布情况多于对照组,星点状、无血流分布情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血流丰富率为88.75%(71/80),高于对照组的19.23%(15/78),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠与妊娠黄体囊肿在阴道彩超联合腹部超声下具有特征性的图像变化,通过分析超声下的血流分布和各项检查结果,有助于鉴别诊断。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy and luteal cysts during pregnancy.Methods 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy and 80 patients with gestational luteal cysts who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Both groups received abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,and the results and blood flow distribution under ultrasound were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of ring wall echo,there were 68 cases of high echo and 10 cases of low echo in the control group,and i8 cases of high echo and 62 cases of low echo in the observation group.The difference in ring wall echo between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of the ring wall and the size of the mass between the two groups(P>0.05).The RI of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The distribution of short tubular,circular,and semi circular blood flow in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the distribution of star shaped and non blood flow was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood flow richness rate of the observation group was 88.75%(71/80),which was higher than the control group's 19.23%(15/78),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy corpus luteum cyst have characteristic image changes under the combination of vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound.Analyzing the blood flow distribution and various examination results under ultrasound is helpful for differential diagnosis.
