基于健康行为互动模式的护理干预对异常子宫出血患者宫腔镜术后心理状态及预后的影响

The impact of nursing intervention based on health behavior interaction mode on the psychological status and prognosis of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after hysteroscopy surgery

目的探究基于健康行为互动模式的护理干预对异常子宫出血患者宫腔镜术后心理状态及预后的影响。方法选取75例异常子宫出血并接受宫腔镜手术患者为研究对象,根据患者接受护理干预措施不同分为两组,其中40例接受基于健康行为互动模式的护理干预为观察组,另35例接受常规护理干预为对照组。比较两组不良情绪、自我护理能力、健康行为能力及预后情况。结果干预后,两组不良情绪评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组自我护理能力、健康行为能力评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对异常子宫出血患者宫腔镜手术治疗的患者实施以基于健康行为互动模式的护理干预,可显著改善患者不良情绪,提升患者自我护理与健康行为能力,预后较好,效果理想。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions based on health behavior interaction mode on the psychological status and prognosis of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after hysteroscopy.Methods 75 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the different nursing interventions they received.Among them,40 patients received nursing interventions based on health behavior interaction mode as the observation group,and 35 patients received routine nursing interventions as the control group.Compare the negative emotions,self-care ability,healthy behavior ability,and prognosis between two groups.Results After intervention,the negative emotions scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group;The self-care ability and health behavior ability scores of the observation group were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nursing interventions based on a health behavior interaction model for patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for abnormal uterine bleeding can significantly improve their negative emotions,enhance their self-care and health behavior abilities,have a good prognosis,and achieve ideal results.
