综合性护理在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用效果

The application effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨综合性护理在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的70例急诊宫外孕患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合性护理,比较两组的生活质量、负性情绪。结果观察组生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊宫外孕患者采取综合性护理,效果显著,具有一定临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy.Methods 70 emergency ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The quality of life and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The physiological function,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the scores of the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for emergency ectopic pregnancy patients has significant effects and certain clinical promotion value.
