手术室护理路径在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果

The application effect of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨手术室护理路径在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法选取本院88例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受手术室护理路径,比较两组的手术相关指标、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理路径在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤术中的应用效果显著,能改善患者手术相关指标,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 88 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received an operating room nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The surgical related indicators,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had less intraoperative bleeding than the control group,shorter surgical time,postoperative bowel sound recovery time,and hospital stay compared to the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic uterine fibroid surgery is significant,which can improve surgical related indicators,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
