床旁护理在剖宫产初产妇护理中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of bedside nursing in the nursing of primipara in cesarean section

目的研究床旁护理在剖宫产初产妇护理中的应用价值。方法选取82例初产妇,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(40例)。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用床旁护理。比较两组护理满意度、母乳喂养率及心理状态。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组初产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产初产妇护理中,使用床旁护理效果明显,能够提高初产妇护理满意度、母乳喂养率,改善其心理状态。

Objective To study the application value of bedside nursing in the nursing of primipara in cesarean section.Methods 82 primipara were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received bedside nursing.Nursing satisfaction,breastfeeding rate and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of primipara in cesarean section,the effect of bedside nursing is obvious,which can improve the satisfaction of nursing,breastfeeding rate and psychological state of primipara.
