甲硝唑联合保妇康栓治疗阴道炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of metronidazole combined with Bafukang Suppository in treating vaginitis

目的探讨阴道炎采用保妇康栓联合甲硝唑的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析98例阴道炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为参照组和试验组,每组49例。参照组给予甲硝唑治疗,试验组给予甲硝唑联合保妇康栓治疗,比较两组生活质量、不良情绪及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组生活质量各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道炎采用甲硝唑联合保妇康栓治疗效果较好,可提高患者生活质量,改善其不良情绪,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with metronidazole on vaginitis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with vaginitis were retrospectively analyzed and divided into reference group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,49 cases in each group.The reference group was given metronidazole treatment,and the experimental group was given metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository treatment.The quality of life,adverse mood and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in test group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository is effective in the treatment of vaginitis,which can improve patients'quality of life and improve their bad mood,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
