经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病合并压力性尿失禁的临床效果

The clinical effect of vaginal sacral ligament suspension combined with anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction combined with stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病合并压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法选取本院80例盆底功能障碍性疾病合并压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受经阴道子宫切除联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗,试验组接受经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标及性生活质量。结果术后,试验组性生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的手术时间、术后下床时间、尿管拔除时间和住院时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病合并压力性尿失禁,效果显著,能缩短手术时间及住院时间,提高性生活质量.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of vaginal sacral ligament suspension combined with anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction combined with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 80 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction combined with stress urinary incontinence in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received treatment with vaginal hysterectomy combined with vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair,while the experimental group received treatment with vaginal sacral ligament suspension combined with vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair.The surgical related indicators and sexual quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After surgery,the sexual quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group had shorter surgical time,postoperative time to get out of bed,catheter removal time,and hospital stay compared to the control group,and less surgical bleeding than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vaginal sacral ligament suspension and vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair is effective in treating pelvic floor dysfunction combined with stress urinary incontinence,reducing surgical and hospitalization time,and improving sexual quality of life.
