激素联合阿司匹林和康妇消炎栓及单纯采用激素预防中度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的临床价值

The clinical value of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository,as well as the use of hormones alone to prevent re adhesion after moderate uterine adhesions separation surgery

目的研究激素联合阿司匹林和康妇消炎栓及单纯采用激素运用在中度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连中的预防效果。方法选取60例接受中度宫腔粘连分离术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组给予激素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予阿司匹林联合康妇消炎栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,再粘连发生率3.33%低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组子宫内膜厚度、宫腔容积优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连预防中,运用激素联合阿司匹林和康妇消炎栓用药方式可降低再粘连发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the preventive effect of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository,as well as the use of hormones alone,on re adhesion after moderate uterine adhesions separation surgery.Methods 60 patients with moderate intrauterine adhesion separation were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(30 cases in each group)according to random number table method.The control group was given hormone therapy,and the experimental group was given aspirin combined with Kangfu xiaoyan suppository on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the incidence of readhesion was 3.33%lower than that of the control group(23.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and uterine volume of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of readhesion after separation of moderate intrauterine adhesions,the use of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository can reduce the incidence of readhesion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
