激励式护理+多样化心理疏导在卵巢癌患者康复护理中的作用价值

The role value of incentive nursing+diversified psychological counseling in the rehabilitation nursing of ovarian cancer patients

目的研究卵巢癌患者采用激励式护理+多样化心理疏导的应用价值。方法选取76例卵巢癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用激励式护理+多样化心理疏导。对比两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理+多样化心理疏导应用在卵巢癌患者康复护理中,不仅可以改善患者的心理状态,还可以有效提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application value of incentive nursing and diversified psychological counseling in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 76 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received incentive nursing+diversified psychological counseling on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the psychological state of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of incentive nursing+diversified psychological counseling in the rehabilitation nursing of ovarian cancer patients can not only improve the psychological state of patients,but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
