产房助产士护理对产后出血的临床预防处理效果观察

Observation on the effect of clinical preventive treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by midwives in labor ward

目的探究产房助产士护理对产后出血的临床预防处理效果。方法选取100例产妇,根据随机原则将产妇分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组基础上加以产房助产士护理,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组产妇的产后出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组产妇的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产房助产士护理的临床预防处理能够显著降低产后出血发生率,同时可以提高产妇的生活质量及护理满意度,具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by midwives in delivery room.Methods 1oo parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random principle,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received midwifery nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Ater nursing,the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of maternal nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The clinical preventive treatment of midwives in the delivery room can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women,which has an important role.
