剖宫产术后应用快速康复外科疼痛分级护理策略联合顺情解郁法的效果

The effect of using rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with empathetic depression relieving method aftercesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术后应用快速康复外科疼痛分级护理策略联合顺情解郁法的效果。方法选取本院122例剖宫产术后产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各61例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科疼痛分级护理策略联合顺情解郁法,比较两组的疼痛程度、焦虑状态及抑郁状态。结果术后1d、术后3d,观察组疼痛数字评价量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);出院前,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科疼痛分级护理策略联合顺情解郁法可有效减轻产妇剖宫产术后的疼痛程度,改善焦虑、抑郁状态。

Objective To explore the effect of using rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with the method of relieving depression and following emotions after cesarean section.Methods 122 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 6l cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with the Shunqing Jieyu method.The pain level,anxiety status,and depression status of the two groups were compared.Results On the lst and 3rd day after surgery,the pain numerical evaluation scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before discharge,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The combination of rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy and Shunqing Jieyu method can effectively alleviate the pain level of postpartum women after cesarean section,and improve anxiety and depression.
