综合护理方案干预对提高老年帕金森患者生活质量的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention to Improve the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的 分析综合护理方案在老年帕金森患者中的应用效果。方法 研究起止时间为2021年7月至2023年6月,研究对象为老年帕金森患者,分组时参考随机分组法将110例患者分为两组,每组55例。一组为对照组,实施常规护理方案,另一组为观察组,实施综合护理方案,对比两组护理结果。结果 观察组睡眠质量低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组负性情绪比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理方案在老年帕金森患者护理中有着极高价值,既能提高患者睡眠质量、护理满意度,更能提高患者生活质量,利于患者康复,应用前景广阔。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing program in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods The study started and ended from July 2021 to June 2023,and the subjects were elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.The 110 patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method,there were 55 cases in each group.One group was named as the control group and the routine nursing plan was implemented,and the other group was named as the observation group and the comprehensive nursing plan was implemented,and the nursing results were compared.Results The sleep quality of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in negative emotion between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing program has a high value in the nursing of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease,which can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,nursing satisfaction,but also improve the quality of life of patients,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
