基于ICF框架下CBL教学模式在实习学生神经康复临床教学中的探索

摘要 目的 探讨基于国际功能残疾和健康分类(ICF)框架下基础教学(CBL)教学模式在实习学生神经康复临床教学中的临床效果。方法 随机选取2020年2月至2023年5月山东大学附属山东省立第三医院康复医学科轮转的实习学生60名,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30名。对照组采用LBL教学方式。观察组使用ICF框架下的CBL教学方式,观察组与对照组分别带教1个月后,进行实习内容出科考核。对比两组实习学生满意度情况,康复技能操作考核随机在ICF康复评价项目中选择一种,在模拟病人(SP)身上进行操作,满分为100分,对比两组实习学生康复技能考核情况。对教学方法和自评的评价,康复医学科基础理论考试参照ICF理论知识点进行考核,对比两组实习学生的总成绩。结果 观察组实习学生对基于ICF框架下的CBL教学方式的总满意度为100%,对照组实习学生对于LBL的教学方式的总满意度为80.00%,且观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组实习学生康复技能操作及理论知识水平低于观察组实习学生(P<0.05)。观察组实习学生在基于ICF框架下CBL教学模式表示96%以上实习学生认为可提高康复思维能力,100%的实习学生认为可增强自我学习能力及提高自我翻阅书籍学习的能力,86%实习学生认为有增加与患者之间的有效沟通。结论 基于ICF框架下的CBL教学方式可提高实习学生的思维能力,增加实习学生主动翻阅书籍学习的积极性、增加实习学生的康复技能操作及理论知识水平,提高实习学生与患者之间的有效沟通。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of CBL teaching mode based on the ICF framework in the clinical teaching of neurological rehabilitation for interns.Methods Sixty interns who rotated in the Department Rehabilitation Medicine of Shandong Provincial Third Hospital affiliated with Shandong University from February 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 30 in each group.The control group received LBL teaching method.The observation group used the CBL teaching method under the ICF framework,and the observation group and the control group were taught for one month respectively before conducting an assessment of the internship content.Comparing the satisfaction levels of two groups of intern,the rehabilitation skill assessment was randomly selected from the ICF rehabilitation evaluation project and performed on SP patients,with a maximum score of 100 points.The rehabilitation skill assessment results of the two groups of intern were compared.The evaluation of teaching methods and self-evaluation is based on the ICF theoretical knowledge points in the basic theory examination of rehabilitation medicine,and the total scores of two groups of interns are compared.Results The high satisfaction rate of the observation group interns with the CBL teaching method based on the ICF framework was total satisfaction rate of 100%.The high satisfaction rate of the control group interns with the LBL teaching method was total satisfaction rate of 80.00%.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of rehabilitation skill operation and theoretical knowledge of practice students in control group was lower than that in observation group(P<0.05).According to the CBL teaching mode based on ICF framework,more than 96%of the internship students in the observation group think that it can improve the ability of rehabilitation thinking,100%of the internship students think that it can enhance their self-learning ability and improve their ability to read books and learn,and 86%of the internship students think that it can increase the effective communication with patients.Conclusions The CBL teaching method based on the ICF framework can improve the thinking ability of interns,increase their enthusiasm for actively reading books and learning,enhance their rehabilitation skills and theoretical knowledge level,and improve effective communication between interns and patients.
