摘要
为培养适应地方经济社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才,文章依托“超星学习通”教学平台,遵循“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的教育理念,在实践教学(化工实训)课程中建立线上线下混合式实践教学模式助力人才培养。经过“课前线上预习—课上线下教学—课后线上线下互动”的实践,产生了良好的实施效果。一方面提高了学生学习的主动性,培养其发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,锻炼学生实践操作能力及综合运用知识能力,全面提升学生的综合素质;另一方面完善了人才培养过程管理与质量监控体系。
In order to cultivate application-oriented talents to meet the needs of the economic development,according to the educational concept of“student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”,the online and offline blended mode of practical teaching(chemical practical training)is built based on the teaching platform of Superstar.Through the practice of“online preview before class-offline teaching in class-online and offline interaction after class”,the implementation effect is quite well.On the one hand,it can improve students’learning initiative,cultivate their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems,exercise their practical operation ability and application of knowledge as well as improve their comprehensive quality.On the other hand,it could perfect the management of talent training process and quality control system.
