摘要
文章介绍了降低催化裂化汽油苯含量的技术攻关思路、改造方案及具体处理措施。结果表明,采用分馏的方法分离并脱除催化裂化汽油中的富苯馏分,可以实现降低汽油苯含量的目标,苯的体积分数由1.30%降至0.75%以下,解决了企业生产的汽油产品苯含量质量指标超标的难题。
In this paper,the technical research ideas,improvement schemes and specific treatment measures for reducing benzene content in catalytic cracking gasoline are introduced.The results show that using fractionation to separate and remove benzene-rich fractions in FCC gasoline can achieve the goal of reducing benzene content in gasoline,and the volume fraction of benzene is reduced from 1.30%to less than 0.75%,which solves the problem of exceeding the quality index of benzene content in gasoline produced by enterprises.
