摘要
目前,新能源汽车的很多机械部件都有使用寿命的限制,部分使用寿命较长部件成本往往较高,成本较低部件的故障率会很高,造成使用寿命短,需要经常更换,因此增加了维修维护费用。这样的结果显然不是众多厂商、用户想要的。因此,研究部件的可靠性、增加其可靠性的测试方法、提高产品的性能与质量是有必要的。从可靠性试验的角度出发,以本公司汽车用弹片小门为研究对象,应用质量控制(quality control,QC)分析工具结合可靠性寿命试验等方法,对其机械结构的可靠性进行分析。
In the current new energy bus,many of its mechanical parts have the limitation of service life.For some parts with longer service life,the cost is often higher:for the parts with lower cost,the failure rate of their own will be very high,resulting in short service life,which need to be replaced frequently to increase maintenance costs.This result is obviously not what many manufacturers and users want,which brings a lot of inconveniences and wastes a lot of human and material resources,greatly reducing its economic benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to study the reliability of components,increase the reliability test methods and improve the performance and quality of products.From the perspective of reliability test,this paper takes the company's automobile shrapnel smalldoor as the research object,and uses QC analysis tools combined with reliability life test to analyze the reliability of its mechanical structure.
