摘要
转向系统是汽车横向控制的关键系统,转向管柱是转向系统的重要组成部分。以B公司的汽车电动转向管柱为研究对象,对其应用现状及发展进行了研究。分别从传感器单元、伺服单元和电机单元进行对比介绍,分析了其三代转向管柱的结构演变及技术进步过程,研究了B公司线控转向管柱的基本结构和发展规划,分析了其技术难点和指标。
The steering system is a key system for lateral control of automobiles,and the steering column is an important component of the steering system.This article studies the current application status and development of B Company's automotive electric steering column,compares sensor units,servo units,and motor units,and analyzes the structural evolution and technological progress of its third-generation steering column.The rapid development of intelligent connected vehicles has put forward higher requirements for the steering column.This article introduces the steering by wire system,studies the basic structure and development plan of Company B's the steering by wire system,and analyzes its technical difficulties and indicators.
