摘要
随着新能源技术的快速发展,PCB在新能源行业的使用越来越广泛。钻孔效率已然成为PCB生产工艺关注的焦点,其主要是受总孔数与钻孔一次性可钻的片数因素影响。本文主要从提升钻孔总PNL数从而达到钻孔效率的提升的目的,具体从加长刃钻针、参数优化、孔径优化三个方面综合改进,从而提高了钻孔生产效率。
With the rapid development of new energy technology,the use of PCB is becoming increasingly widespread.And the efficiency of drilling is becoming the focus of PCB production.But the efficiency of drilling is depended on the total number of holes need to drill and the number of the Panels,however the total number of holes is depended on the client requirement couldn’t be optimized.This article mainly discusses how to increase the total number of drilling Panels(PNL),which is from three aspects like:increase the length of the drill bit;optimize the hole size;optimize the parameters of drilling,thereby improving drilling efficiency.
