中药调控miRNA对支气管哮喘气道重塑发生发展的影响

摘要 气道重塑以气道壁细胞结构、组分和功能为主要改变,其病理改变包括上皮细胞的损伤和修复、上皮间充质转化、上皮下纤维化、气道平滑肌细胞增殖与迁移及气管壁血管再生等。哮喘气道重塑的发病机制复杂,气道内多种细胞和细胞组分参与气道重塑的发生发展过程中。非编码微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在哮喘发病机制中扮演重要角色,其异常表达与哮喘的发生发展机制及临床治疗的反应性有关,有望成为哮喘潜在的诊断和治疗的生物标志物。中医药注重整体调节,可以通过多途径、多靶点干预哮喘发病,从而达到控制临床症状、减轻气道炎症、改善气道重塑的作用。中药复方或单体可以通过调控miRNA的表达,调节免疫和非免疫细胞的增殖、分化、迁移等多种活性,改善气道重塑。 Airway remodeling is characterized by the changes with structure,components and function of airway wall cells.Its pathological changes include epithelial cell damage and repair,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,subepithelial fibrosis,proliferation and migration of airway smooth muscle cells and regeneration of airway wall vessels.The pathogenesis of airway remodeling in asthma is complex,with a variety of cells and cell components in the airway being involved in the occurrence and progression of airway remodeling.microRNA(miRNA)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma,and their abnormal expression is related to the pathogenesis of asthma and the response to asthma treatment,which is expected to become potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pays attention to holistic regulation and can intervene the pathogenesis of asthma through multiple ways and targets,so as to control clinical symptoms,reduce airway inflammation and improve airway remodeling.Traditional Chinese medicine compound or monomer can regulate the survival,proliferation,differentiation and other multifaceted activities of immune and non-immune cells by regulating the expression of miRNA to improve airway remodeling.
