应对外部环境挑战的企业数字韧性塑造机理研究:基于数字化战略更新的视角

Research on the Development Mechanism of Enterprise Digital Resilience in Response to External Environmen-tal Challenges:From the Perspective of Strategic Renewal towards Digitalization

摘要 在企业外部环境日益动荡的背景下,如何利用数字技术从外部环境挑战中调整并恢复,成为当前企业进行持续发展的关键。尽管学者们已经关注到数字韧性这一新兴概念,但是对于企业数字韧性的形成过程及塑造机理尚缺乏相关解释。基于此,本研究采用探索性案例研究方法,构建了数字化战略更新驱动企业数字韧性形成的过程模型。研究发现:第一,企业数字韧性的塑造经历了数字化业务提升、数字化组织赋能和数字化危机响应三个发展阶段,在各阶段中呈现出不同的数字韧性表现;第二,数字化战略更新在企业数字韧性的塑造过程中发挥了关键作用,主要包含环境适配性学习和数字技术嵌入两种更新活动;第三,在塑造企业数字韧性时,需要将外部环境挑战、数字化战略更新活动以及数字韧性表现进行匹配。 In the increasingly volatile enterprises’external environment,how to make use of digital technology to adjust and recover from environmental challenges has become the key to the sustainable development of enterprises.Although scholars have paid attention to the emerging concept of digital resilience,there is still a lack of relevant explanation for the formation process and development mechanism of enterprise digital resilience.Based on this,this study adopts the exploratory case study method to construct the process model of strategic renewal towards digitalization drives the formation of enterprise digital resilience.It is found that:(1)the development of enterprise digital resilience had gone through the development stages of digital business promotion,digital organizational empowerment and digital crisis response,and digital resilience presents different manifestations in each stage;(2)Strategic renewal towards digitalization plays a key role in developing the enterprise digital resilience,which mainly includes two renewal activities:environment adaptive learning and digital technology embedding;(3)In developing enterprise digital resilience,it is necessary to fit the external environment challenges,strategic renewal towards digitalization activities and digital resilience manifestations.
