摘要
文章为生产型企业解决形状不规则、厚薄不一的物料自动摆放实现自动生产问题提出一套解决方案。为企业解决生产难题,提供自动化生产帮助。为解决现有工艺存在的工作量大、重复度高、工作效率低等多种问题和缺陷,研究了简易的帮助企业自动化转型的小型机器。为企业节省人工成本、扩大生产能力,满足市场需求。
This work is a set of solutions proposed for production enterprises to solve the problem of automatic production by automatically placing materials with irregular shapes and varying thicknesses.To solve production problems for enterprises,and provide assistance for automated production.In order to solve various problems and defects in the existing process,such as high workload,high repeatability,and low work efficiency,our team has studied simple small machines to help enterprises achieve automation transformation.To save labor costs,expand production capacity,and meet market demand for enterprises.
