Construction of green laboratories in the new ecological environment system

文章从改革赋予环境监测的职能和重点任务出发,分析了环境监测实验室的主要任务,提出了“3体系+1机制”的现代环境监测实验室构建理念,“3体系”即实验室必须具备的“功能体系” “硬件体系” “计量认证体系”;“1机制”即与社会监测机构的“联动机制”,全方位论述了新型环境监测实验室的要素构成体系及运行模式。

Starting from the functions and key tasks entrusted to environmental monitoring by the reform,this paper analyzes the main tasks of environmental monitoring laboratories,and puts forward the construction concept of modern environmental monitoring laboratories with“3 system+1 mechanism”.The“3 system”refers to the“functional system”,“hardware system”and“measurement certification system”that laboratories must have.The“1 mechanism”is the“linkage mechanism”with the social monitoring organization.It comprehensively discusses the element composition system and operation mode of the new environmental monitoring laboratory.
