催化裂化吸收稳定循环水温度高问题应对分析

摘要 催化裂化装置是丙烯生产中的重要设备,催化裂化装置如果一直处于高负荷运行,气相产品会较多,当遇到高温天气,会导致装置的循环水温度高、干式空冷器冷却负荷不足等情况,最终导致吸收分离效果不理想。文章针对催化裂解装置中干气控制出现超标的现象进行分析,提出优化措施,旨为改善吸收塔、解吸塔效果,从而控制干气产品质量达到要求。 Catalytic cracking unit is an important equipment in propylene production.If the catalytic cracking unit is always in high load operation and there are more gas phase products,when it encounters high temperature weather,it will lead to high circulating water temperature of the device and insufficient cooling load of the dry air cooler,which ultimately leads to unsatisfactory absorption and separation effect.In this paper,the phenomenon of excessive dry gas control in catalytic cracking unit is analyzed,and optimization measures are proposed to improve the effect of absorption tower and desorption tower,so as to control the quality of dry gas products to meet the requirements.The research in this paper can provide reference for relevant personnel to carry out work.
