锅炉吹灰器状态实时监测系统的设计与研究

摘要 作为锅炉中重要的构件之一,吹灰器对于保障锅炉稳定、安全持续运行具有十分重要的意义。为及时排除吹灰器故障,需开展对锅炉吹灰器状态实时监测系统的设计研究。确定不同类型的锅炉吹灰器及其技术参数,通过系统硬件构成、系统网络配置设计、锅炉吹灰器状态判据参数设置、锅炉吹灰器状态实时展示,设计一种新的监测系统。新系统可以帮助厂区运维人员有效管控锅炉吹灰器,降低因吹灰器失效导致的非正常停机概率以及运行和维修费用,经济效益显著。 As one of the important components in the boiler,the soot blower is of great significance in ensuring the stable,safe and continuous operation of the boiler.To timely eliminate faults in the soot blower,design and research on a real-time monitoring system for the status of the boiler soot blower.Determine different types of boiler soot blowers and their technical parameters,design a new monitoring system through system hardware composition,system network configuration design,boiler soot blower status criterion parameter setting,and real-time display of boiler soot blower status.The new system can help plant operation and maintenance personnel effectively control boiler soot blowers,reduce the probability of abnormal shutdown and operation and maintenance costs caused by soot blower failure,and achieve significant economic benefits.
