基于烟厂智能化升级的物流车辆全流程自动化管理系统

摘要 针对烟厂物流智能化系统效率较低的问题,开发了一套烟厂智能化升级的物流车辆全流程自动化管理系统。该系统能够自主接收和执行路径及动作信息,自动完成对接、取货、行走、放货等系列操作。结果表明,应用该系统有助于提升工厂的整体运营效率,降低成本,提高安全标准,并推动企业的数字化转型和智能化升级,显著提高烟厂的智能化水平。 In response to the problem of low efficiency in the intelligent logistics system of tobacco factories,a set of logistics vehicle full process automation management system for intelligent upgrading of tobacco factories has been developed.The system can independently receive and execute path and action information,and automatically complete a series of operations such as docking,picking up,walking,and releasing goods.The results indicate that the application of this system helps to improve the overall operational efficiency of factories,reduce costs,improve safety standards,and promote digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of enterprises,significantly improving the intelligence level of tobacco factories.
