基于国产MCU的全钒液流储能系统的数据采集与通信设计

摘要 为了让全钒液流储能系统安全可靠运行,控制模块需要具有数据采集、存储、运算和通信等功能。随着国产MCU的稳定与成熟,以国产芯片为核心的控制模块已逐步在储能行业得到应用。按全钒液流储能系统对控制单元的要求,结合国产芯片APM32系列的特点,设计了以APM32F4为核心,以数据采集和通信为主要功能的硬件电路及软件。对设计的电路和软件进行了数据测试,测试结果证明,该设计完全可以满足液流储能控制系统的预设应用要求,并可扩展更多应用功能。 In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the all vanadium liquid flow energy storage system,the control module needs to have functions such as data acquisition,storage,calculation,and communication.With the stability and maturity of domestic MCU,control modules with domestic chips as the core have gradually been applied in the energy storage industry.According to the requirements of the all vanadium liquid flow energy storage system for the control unit,combined with the characteristics of the domestic chip APM32 series,a hardware circuit and software with APM32F4 as the core and data acquisition and communication as the main functions were designed.Data testing was conducted on the designed circuit and software,and the test results proved that the design can fully meet the preset application requirements of the liquid flow energy storage control system and can expand more application functions.
