基于多特征融合的光伏组件老化程度自动检测研究

摘要 现行方法在光伏组件老化程度检测中的应用效果不理想,检测结果与实际情况一致性系数较低。针对现行方法存在的不足和缺陷,提出基于多特征融合的光伏组件老化程度自动检测研究。根据光伏组件老化环境下的输出特性,选择光生电流、等效串联电阻和并联电阻作为老化参数,提供标准测试并提取老化参数,通过融合光伏组件老化特征参数,量化老化程度,确定老化等级,以实现基于多特征融合的光伏组件老化程度的自动检测。实验证明,所提方法检测结果与实际情况的一致性系数在0.95以上,在光电工程检测领域具有良好的应用前景。 The application effect of current methods in the detection of aging degree of photovoltaic modules is not ideal,and the consistency coefficient between the detection results and the actual situation is low.To address the shortcomings and deficiencies of current methods,a research on automatic detection of aging degree of photovoltaic modules based on multi feature fusion is proposed.Based on the output characteristics of photovoltaic modules in an aging environment,photogenerated current,equivalent series resistance,and parallel resistance are selected as aging parameters.Standard tests are provided and aging parameters are extracted.By integrating the aging characteristic parameters of photovoltaic modules,the degree of aging is quantified and the aging level is determined to achieve automatic detection of the aging degree of photovoltaic modules based on multi feature fusion.Experimental results have shown that the consistency coefficient between the detection results of the proposed method and the actual situation is above 0.95,which has good application prospects in the field of optoelectronic engineering detection.
