Research on Speed Regulation System of Induction Rope Winch in Coal Mine

以SQ-90/110W型煤矿无极绳绞车为对象,开发一种无极绳绞车调速控制系统,系统包括硬件与软件2大模块,其中,硬件模块主要包括四象限三电平防爆变频器、ADS7869芯片、核心控制电路板、电源等;软件部分通过多板卡协同控制、PLC系统安全控制等实现控制。在软硬件模块协同下,无极绳绞车能安全、稳定运行。由现场应用分析可知,该方法具有良好的调速效果,在实际中具有一定的应用价值。

Taking SQ-90/110W type endless rope winch in coal mine as the object,a speed control system for endless rope winch is developed.The system includes two modules:Hardware and software.The hardware module mainly includes fourquadrant three-level explosion-proof frequency converter,ADS7869 chip,core control circuit board,power supply,etc.The software part realizes the control through multi board cooperative control and PLC system safety control,and makes the endless rope winch operate safely and stably under the cooperation of software and hardware modules.The field application analysis shows that this method has good speed regulation effect and has certain application value in practice.
