摘要
为提升煤矿运输作业的安全性,介绍一种煤矿运输智能监控与优化调度系统开发方案。该方案主要由硬件模块与软件模块构成,其中,硬件模块包括PLC控制系统及现场的触摸屏、轨道计轴器;软件模块包括控制程序流程、上位机监控系统软件结构、基于蚁群算法的机车运行调度方案等。在软硬件模块相互配合下,共同完成对运输车辆的动态监控与调节,以为煤矿运输作业的安全进行打下坚实基础,确认该系统具有一定的应用价值。
To improve the safety of coal mine transportation operations,a development plan for an intelligent monitoring and optimization scheduling system for coal mine transportation is introduced.This scheme mainly consists of hardware modules and software modules,among which the hardware modules include PLC control system,on-site touch screen,and track axle counter.The software modules include control program flow,upper computer monitoring system software structure,locomotive operation scheduling scheme based on ant colony algorithm,etc.With the cooperation of software and hardware modules,the dynamic monitoring and adjustment of transportation vehicles are jointly completed,laying a solid foundation for the safety of coal mine transportation operations and confirming that the system has certain application value.
