镀铝锌建筑屋面锈蚀问题研究

摘要 主要对用于钢结构屋面的镀铝锌钢板使用过程中出现的锈蚀问题进行研究,以探讨镀铝锌板在建筑行业的使用工艺。通过对浮锈腐蚀、内部腐蚀、侵蚀性腐蚀这3种典型的锈蚀情况进行检测分析,得知3种锈蚀产生机理均不相同。表面浮锈需关注屋面坡度及施工结束后的清理工作;内部腐蚀要避免金属间的电偶反应,同时要做好建筑屋面的防水、密封工作,避免内部岩棉受潮;侵蚀性腐蚀是一种镀层局部快速腐蚀的现象,腐蚀由镀层表面向内部快速发展,发展过程可分为黑斑、鼓包、起皮脱落3个阶段。所以镀铝锌钢结构使用过程中对大气有一定的要求。 The rust problems that occur during the use of aluminum zinc plated steel plates for steel structure roofs,in order to explore the application process of aluminum zinc plated plates in the construction industry,were mainly studied.Through the detection and analysis of three common and typical corrosion conditions,including surface rust corrosion,internal corrosion,and corrosive corrosion,it is found that the mechanisms of the three types of corrosion are different.Attention should be paid to the slope of the roof and the cleaning work after construction for surface rust.Measures to deal with internal corrosion include avoiding galvanic reactions between metals,as well as waterproofing and sealing the building’s roof to avoid internal rock wool moisture.Corrosive corrosion is a phenomenon of rapid local corrosion of coatings,which develops rapidly from the surface of the coating to the interior.The development process can be divided into three stages:black spots,bulging,and peeling off.So there are certain requirements for the atmosphere during the use of aluminum zinc coated steel structures.
