建筑工程水泥混凝土配合比设计及优化

摘要 为解决建筑工程中混凝土配合比设计的难题,本文以某建筑工程为例,对其中的水泥混凝土配合比进行了详细研究,提出了基于绝对体积法的设计方法和高性能外加剂的应用策略。通过优化水灰比、合理调配细骨料和粗骨料比例,以及精确使用外加剂,混凝土的工作性、强度、耐久性及经济性得到了全面提升。试验结果显示,优化后的混凝土在保证工程结构安全稳定的同时,还具有更好的经济效益,以期为类似建筑工程的混凝土配合比设计提供有效参考。 In order to solve the problem of concrete mix proportion design in construction engineering,this article takes a certain construction project as an example and conducts a detailed study on the cement concrete mix proportion.A design method based on absolute volume method and the application strategy of high-performance admixtures are proposed.By optimizing the water cement ratio,reasonably adjusting the ratio of fine and coarse aggregates,and accurately using admixtures,the workability,strength,durability,and economy of concrete have been comprehensively improved.The experimental results show that the optimized concrete not only ensures the safety and stability of the engineering structure,but also has better economic benefits,in order to provide effective reference for the design of concrete mix proportions in similar construction projects.
