延迟焦化装置分馏塔上部塔壁腐蚀的分析与建议

摘要 延迟焦化是石油二次加工技术,可处理残炭和金属含量很高的劣质原料,提高轻质油的收率和脱碳效率。某炼油厂延迟焦化装置生产运行过程中分馏塔上部塔壁发生泄漏,停工检修期间对该设备内部进行了腐蚀检查。从超声测厚、设计因素、操作因素、腐蚀因素等方面对腐蚀原因进行了分析,并提出相关的建议,避免此类问题再次发生,保证装置长周期平稳、安全运行,同时为同装置的类似问题提供有力帮助。 Delayed coking is a petroleum secondary processing technology that can handle low-quality raw materials with high residual carbon and metal content,improving the yield and decarbonization efficiency of light oil.During the production and operation of a delayed coking unit in a certain refinery,there was a leak on the upper wall of the fractionator.During the shutdown and maintenance period,corrosion inspection was conducted on the interior of the equipment.The corrosion reasons were analyzed from the aspects of ultrasonic thickness measurement,design factors,operational factors,and corrosion factors,and relevant suggestions were proposed to avoid such problems from happening again,ensure long-term stable and safe operation of the device,and provide strong assistance for similar problems of the same device.
