怀化国际陆港铁路专用线引入怀化西编组站方案研究

Research on the Scheme of Introducing the Huaihua International Land Port Railway Special Line into the Huaihua West Marshalling Station

怀化国际陆港铁路专用线工程是湖南省重点建设项目,对落实怀化“对接西部陆海新通道战略门户城市”发展战略具有重要意义,是打造国家中西部地区面向东盟的货运集结中心、湖南省对外改革开放的重要平台、怀化实现“商通天下”的重要载体。本项目紧邻怀化西编组站上行到发场,研究了从上行到发场接轨即从车辆段牵出线接轨方案(方案I)、从下行到发场南端咽喉接轨方案(方案II)两大系列方案,综合考虑运营管理、调车作业要求、场站布局条件、工程投资等方面因素,推荐从下行到发场南咽喉货场走行线接轨、调机牵引车辆方案。本文可为同类铁路专用线项目研究提供参考。

The Huaihua International Land Port Railway Special Line Project is a key construction project in Hunan Province,which is of great significance for implementing Huaihua's development strategy of"connecting with the western land sea new channel strategic gateway city".It is also an important platform for building a freight hub for the central and western regions of the country facing ASEAN,for Hunan Province to reform and open up to the outside world,and for Huaihua to achieve"commercial connectivity to the world".This project is located adjacent to the Huaihua West Marshalling Station,and has studied two series of schemes:the scheme of connecting from the upstream to the departure yard,i.e.the scheme of connecting the traction line from the vehicle depot(Scheme I),and the scheme of connecting from the downstream to the southern throat of the departure yard(Scheme II).Taking into account factors such as operation management,shunting operation requirements,station layout conditions,and engineering investment,it is recommended to connect the running line from the downstream to the southern throat of the departure yard,and to adjust the traction vehicle scheme.This article can provide reference for research on similar railway dedicated line projects.
